Q: Will the real dress look different from the picture?

A: We 100% guarantee that the design of the dresses are exactly the same with in the picture in our website. However, due to the differences in lighting and computer monitor settings, the color of a few styles may be a little bit different. A well-set CRT monitor may best show our dress colors.

 

Q: How do I wash or iron my Evening Dress?

A: Because our dresses are well-made with very complicated workmanship, we don't suggest you wash our dresses in washing machines. In fact, formal dresses look best in their original conditions and need not to be washed often. If you do want to wash them, dry-cleaning is the best choice. The second choice is to wash them softly in cold water by hand.

A: Yes, now we offer custom-made service to our buyers. But the price for a custom-made dress is higher and takes longer time to deliver. Besides, you need to provide us some important measurements of yours.

 

Q: What should I do if I haven't receive my purchase?

A: If you haven't received your purchase, please be patient. Your purchase may reach your hand in the next few days. Meanwhile, please contact the shipping company by your side or contact us for help, we will try our best to help you. If your purchase was lost, we will send you a new one.

  

Q: As I need it urgently, Do you have overnight shipping ways?

A: Generally we'll dispatch the dresses within 24hours after your payment cleared, You can tell us if you need it urgently, then we'll try to select a overnight shipping way for you. But we are not sure the item will arrive on time completely, because the international shipping is hard to control.

 

Q: What should I do if the evening dress I bought does not fit me?

A: We are glad to help you exchange the dress, but buyers are responsible for all the shipping charges. Dress must be new with tag and send back within 24 hours after the package signed.
